The African-American Family Day is August 2, 2008. Again this year we are sponsoring a literature booth and need volunteers to man it during the scheduled hours. Please see the bulleting board in the church hall.

The Albany Baptist Young Peoples Retreat is scheduled to take place October 10th, 2008 through October 13th, 2008 (Columbus Day weekend). We will be meeting once again at Camp Pinnacle in the Helderburg mountains just 20 minutes from our church. Ages for attendees this year will be 14 - College. Pastor John Swindlehurst from the Providence Reformed Baptist Church will preach on the subject of "Biblical Counsel for the AOL Generation". Brochures will be mailed out by May 31st, 2008.
